*** FNB INCOMPETANT STAFF MESSING UP MY ACCOUNTS

FNB cant seem to get their credit life payments correct. I paid for this cover and they are just doing whatever they feel like how the hell does my balances keep moving up and getting higher is it supposedly being paid?

Giving me the run around month after month and my loan balances are not tying back to what it should be. you cant get hold of anyone they keep referring me back and forth no one know what the hell is going on!!!!!

Same issue as before, they are not paying the loans correctly and saying it is paid as soon as money comes into my account they are taking it.

*** FNB your staff working on my account are ***********, DO YOU EVEN KNOW *** you are doing

I WANT A DETAILED RECON ON BOTH MY PERSONAL LOANS SHOWING WHAT **** HAS BEEN DONE ON THESE ACCOUNTS.
