FNB - Incompetance
I app**** for an FNB Petro card on the 27th of March. I eventually got the card on the 14th of April. Very slow considering FNB advertsing says it takes 3 - 4 days. I had to send through the same documentation (ID, proof of address, statements, salary) on numerous occasions to [Email Removed] because they kept sending me an sms requesting it.

I eventually had to phone them and send the documents directly to a consultant, Darielle [Email Removed] who finalized the process for me. Each time I phone it's about 15 min on the phone at MY EXPENSE.

When I got my card I activated it and the consultant said I still have outstanding documents, so I said I'd sent them already and he said okay.

I used the card 3 times and on the 4th time it was declined.

I complained on FNB website, no response. I phoned them and they said the reason is outstanding documents (which i've already sent), then put me through to another department.

I waited on the phone for 15min and then it cut off. I'm sick of this! I'm tired of phoning because of their errors.. If FNB dont sort this out i'm closing and going to BEEP bank.
