Fnb income verification

My FNB account was frozen since the 5th July 2023 , the bank wanted to verify my income, After submitting all the requested documents, my account is still frozen, Why? The bank cant give me an answer, and they keep saying they are still busy validating,, for 15 days? Can it really take 15 days to fix this? The manager at the branch tried his best to assist me, but he too can't get help from your income validations department. My question is why is fnb treating customers like ********s? I need someone to fix my account or close it and give my money. i can move to another bank, it cant take you 15 days to validate whatever u want to validate
