FNB incapable of sending otp to email primary in less than 2 minutes

Even when changing the OTP to email as the PRIMARY option, they still cannot send an otp code in a timely fasion. 20 minutes later, I am still waiting. End of the day I have to repeat the transaction all over again cause the payment timed out for the online shop.

Absolutely pathetic.
