FNB INCAPABLE OF FOLLOWING UP INVESTIGATIONS OF *****

On the 26th of February my FNB chq account was blocked because of *****. FNB didn't notify me. I found out on the 1st of March my account is blocked. Contacted FNB to find out there's an investigation on my account. I don't know why, was told an investigator would contact me, that was a week ago NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME! I have called several times! Several times I've been told someone would contact me! I have never been contacted! I have debit orders that are accumulating interest WHO IS GOING TO PAY FOR THAT INTEREST?
