FNB in cohorts with **********!!

I did not even want to put any rating maybe just one angry face will do.

FNB Bank you claim to be the most sophisticated bank and charge us exorbitant fees on a monthly basis. A simple reversal request turns out to be a night mare . 2 transactions now I've requested to reverse and nothing, instead you charge R300 for the request and no retrieval of funds. Now I'm sitting with minus the unauthorized transaction plus your charges . Can you see how I may start to think you are in cohorts with the people that de***** us!!!! I canceled my business card 2 weeks ago which I have not received to this day and we are now going into the 3rd week. My monthly debits could not go off as scheduled and thus affecting productivity. We have enough problems in this country affecting small business and now you, FNB, are adding to my stress. This is unacceptable!!!!
