Fnb in cahoots with R99 ********

I have noted 2 x R99 debit order was placed on my Fnb account and money was deducted , i did not authorize these debit orders and i don't even know who is this AMKAYTRANAT that fnb payed my money to .<br> <br> I went to fnb branch to query this and i was told to cancel the debit order and they did reverse the transaction but FNB refused to pay back the bank charges involved and they even went on to charge what they called \stop order\". why do i have to pay for all this when it is your fault FNB ? You excepted an unauthorized debit order and you making it my fault. I demand all my money to be payed back failing to do that i will be lodging a complaint with the finance ombudsman against you and will write on social media about it.<br> <br> It is crystal clear why you except unauthorized transactions , you are making millions out of it.
