FNB in bed with ****mers

FNB ***** department was supposed to assist with a ***** case within 7-14 business days..to this day I am yet to receive feedback. Ive sent an email requesting an update and I have not received anything. I was ****med money by Rentoza and my bank FNB isn't helping with anything regarding the issue. How disappointing.
