FNB - Impossible to contact
I have been trying to contact my 'Private Banker' all morning for a simple request. His direct line is not answered, and the Private Clients call centre just hangs up on me.
I need an FNB representative to contact me, since the bank seems to be uncontactable from the client side.

03 May 2021, 12:08I finally managed to contact FNB - and they are UNABLE to send me the requisite form. They need it to be filled out, but they won't give it to me. This is a customer service nightmare.
