FNB Impossible to call a branch by phone

My daugther was ****** of her handbag inside the Woolworths store in East Rand Mall Boksburg, by a female wearing a Woolworths shirt. I, know the policd is now involved, but my panicking girl, crying, went immediately to the FNB branch in the shopping center to stop the bank and credit card. Over there she was ofdered to use the phone to cal us as her cellphone was in the bag. We spoke to her and organized to bring to her the spare car keys, as they were also in the ****** bag. We asked if we could phone her back to inform her when we would arrive with the keys. FNB branch said we could call on the same number she called us. We tried 10 minutes later, but a redirection of the call sent us to the call center 087..... when we explained we need to speak to the branch as out girl was waiting for informations about the spare keys, they said you cannot call branches anymore but they will email the brach. RIDICOULOUS!!! After more calls to the CC, 45 minutes later, we still could get a number for the branch, by that time my wife was at the mal with ghe keys. Also the googke search of FNB EAST RAND MALL gives the address in Edenvale and not Boksburg, but the phone number is a Boksburg one.
