FNB imposed loan

On 28 June 2016 I went to apply for a personal loan of R100 000 at FNB which I cancelled the next day with assistance by the Nelspruit riverside branch who called head office to cancel the loan and they confirmed that the loan has been cancelled.on the 15 July an initiation fee was charged on my account for the cancelled loan which was reversed after I went and enquired at the same branch which they called head office again to cancel which again confirmed that it was cancelled. 16 August 2016 same amount was deducted again for the same reason. How many times do I need to cancel before it can actually be cancelled. At the sloppy rate that the bank is going I would rather move my accounts where I will not be at credit risk because of bad customer service
