FNB illtreatment
I joined an investment company called Money relief and later suspected that it was a **** after through research including its operation such as being forced to reinvest immidiately after receiving your "investments." I decided not to participate in this thing and its admisistrator threatened me that "I will learn the hard way" ...withing one hour of this exchanges FNB then freezed my account instantly without hearing my side of story. Today I went to a branch and spent about two hours with ***** department at head office with no solution to my problem. I have screenshots to prove our communication and transactions with the other party who **** to the bank that I sold her TV but did not deliver it, shockingly I dont sell TV or any goods. The only money I recieved was the money owed to me by the admin of this investment scheme.
In freezing my account the FNB did not consult me to verify the matter. I only learnt when visiting the bank that my account was frozen. The consultant working on my case did not even require any counter statement or proof even when I attempted to demystify this myth. A bank of FNB stature ougt to be transparent and unbiased when dealing with such cases. Freezing someone's account requires detailed process to validate the decision. I'm not happy at all and I want you to unfreeze my account with immidiate effect.
