FNB *******ly chanrging fees without publishing them.

After 5 years of having my monthly banking fees waivered as I had the minimum account balance FNB has now unilaterally started charging me monthly account fees since August. This has not been mentioned in the pricing guide and is *******. One of the consultants said the fees would be reversed on 25 September but this has not taken place. really bad service from FNB. Maybe I am going to move my accounts to ABSA that still does not charge monthly account fees when you have the 50k minimum balance.
