FNB ******* transactions

The is constantly and amount of R8. 50 being taken from my account for declined foreign transactions which I have No recall of. I am based in Cape Town and never used my card in any other country. I don't even purchase goods online yet the bank takes this funds and cannot say what the transactions are for. People need to check their bank statement to make sure this is not happening to them
