FNB - ******* credit checks!!!!

I have just checked my credit score on ClearScore The following Credit Query has shown:

25 May 2022 FNB EDG MULTI PRODUCT

I have not made any applications to FNB for credit or debit cards or loans, etc.

Why does this reflect on my Credit Report Summary?

Why is Fnb running credit checks without getting my consent first. This is *******. I have been trying to call and I’m not getting any help. Clearly I should flippen close my debit account. You messing with my credit score for what!!!!!!!!
