FNB ******* activities.
Fnb changed my debit orders without my consent. They sms you and if you don't reply they take it as a yes. Then they blame you for not replying and say their systems shows your salary falls on the 25th. No FNB, Feb is a short month, if you paid attention you will see its actually the 28th. There is more than 1 month in a year. When I opened my accounts with you we agreed on a debit date. What you did was ******* FNB. You CANT just sms people and if they dont reply make up answers to suit your needs. Besides the fact that its ******* as a bank you should know you cant expect people to reply to random sms's. You send emails out about Phising all the time and now you are encouraging it. Whats preventing you from sending an sms next time signing me up for a loan @ "30%" , if I dont reply its yes? What you did was ******* and I will report you for this.
