FNB ignoring my UIF+retrenchment forms and took my money which I need to survive...

I took out a loan with Fnb in July. I got retrenched in August 2018. I handed in all the docs to my nearest branch which is in Somerset East. I notified them that I am unable to pay the loan I made. I gave them UIF forms + my retrenchment letter etc, for the loan to be on halt till I get a new job. The other day I got communication from FNB that I need to pay etc and I could not understand as I have handed in my forms... I loaned some money from my son, be be able to pay for food for the month, as other months I did petty cash part time jobs to be able to pay for food and this month I couldn't do it, so I loaned it from my son.

Immediately Fnb took off 2 payments of R1173.93 each... After I handed in the papers and made the arrangement...Now what will I do for the rest of the month?

I called FNB and they said that they have not received ANY docs from me, which is absurd, as I explicitly went into FNB Somerset East to give in my docs months ago - now this is happening.

So please put the loan on halt as requested and refund me my money for the month - then as soon as I got a job, I will continue payments....
