FNB ignoring my requests to cancel covid-19 cashflow relief loan

FNB has been ignoring my requests to cancel the Covid-19 Cashflow Relief Loan. I am extremely disappointed and saddened by the service I am receiving from FNB. I have emailed them , called them, even visited a branch, and messaged their team of bankers, all to no avail. It's been almost a month now and they dont seem keen in assisting me. I requested a payment break of 3 months and they offered the Cashflow relief loan which I want to cancel coz I cant afford it. The total of my car instalments versus the total of their loan doesnt add up. Car instalments R1773 x 3 months = R5319 whereas their loan is R11 538. What happens to the rest of the R6219??? Something ***** is happening here!!! I need this loan cancelled please coz the figures dont make sense to me and I cant afford it, it's too exorbitant! And I dont know who else I must cont to get the help that I need
