FNB ignoring my emails and follow up emails
I have written a Query on the 13 May with ref: Query ***Q . till today i have not received any feedback from them. i have been paying all my fnb loans and had requested some form of grace from fnb regarding my last fnb account that is pending. the email says feedback will be sent within 3 days its 3 weeks not heard from them.

27 May 2025, 22:33i have paid 2 loans within two month. the loan i was left with i was told whenever i am ready to pay it up i must call and request for a discount on it . today the consultant i spoke to said i dont qualify for a discount. when i hassled so much to get the money i was told will be my discount and when i get it i must just call and the letter will be sent for paid up. the consultant i spoke to said this month i dont qualify for a discount maybe i must try next month. i have the money and need to have this paid and closed i cant keeo the money in my account waiting for a discount month when i was told that i must just call whenever i am ready . this is all crazy and disturbing because they are not
