FNB Ignoring My Debt Review Clearance

I was under debt review but have since paid up all my accounts in full. My debt counsellor issued a Form 19 clearance certificate which I sent to FNB. Despite this, FNB still flags me as being under debt review.

I have sent several emails and even logged a complaint, but no one has assisted me or resolved the issue. This is unacceptable, as it negatively affects my financial profile.

I have even navigated to Nav>>Money Manage my debt Debt Review Debt Review Tracker I get a message to say that I am currently not in debt review, yet when speaking to an agent (Khensani) in secure chat, they say * It's not possible to get approved for one as this is prohibited in accordance with the National Credit Act if you are under debt review. * Your profile is still under debt review, kindly use the below details to contact debt review desk for assistance or send us a chat on Monday. - Debt Review Centre (All) - *** 08:00 16:30 M-F

I expect FNB to urgently update my status, acknowledge receipt of my clearance, and provide proper feedback.
