FNB Ignoring Me for 3 weeks!

I got hacked to the point where my balance flushed into bank overdraft. I’ve been calling and forwarding messages to FNB Help Centre's but I would get redirected to a dead end. As a student them ignoring me will be the difference between me having my fundamental necessities for the month or going hungry. If you have accounts with FNB it will be in your best interest to CLOSE THEM!!!
