FNB ignoring me

On 6 february 2017 i purchased fuel at a service station to the amount of R200, van der Watt station in pretoria. The transaction went through, and again it was taken from my bank account on 7 february. I phoned FNB and reported this. I spoke to a miss Lekotha and she confirmed to me that the money was deducted double from my account. She emailed me a dispute form that i completed and sent back to FNB. She told me that this dispute will take 7 working days. Which i can't understand because it's not my fault. On 8 february i received a sms from the bank, ref number ********** , which stated that i logged a complaint and will be contacted within 24-48 hours. On 13 february i got another sms, ref number ********** , which said the same as the previous sms. Then again on 13 february i received another sms saying my request for copy of a voucher has been submitted, the merchant has 30 days to respond and the voucher will be sent once received. On 31 March i phoned FNB again and spoke to a lady by the name of Lesego at 9.20 in the morning. She told me that the dispute has been automatically closed on the system. When i asked why she said she does not know why. I told her i want someone to contact me with an answer as i see this as ***** because FNB has taken my money without my consent. She told me that someone from the bank will phone me. Up to now nobody has responded to this problem again. This is unacceptable, FNB stole my money and I want it back!! This Lesego lady also said that i must send a copy of the slip that i received at the filling station on 6 february and i told her that it shows very clear on my bank statements that the money was deducted 2 days i n a row and also that a previous FNB consultant confirmed that the money was deducted twice. FNB go and listen to all the voice recordings since this dispute has been logged and you will hear what your consultants told me. I want my money bac****
