FNB ignores requests to release cession.

I switched a bond from FNB to STD Bank, and need a cession cancellation letter from FNB, releasing me from the cession, urgently for a new life cover application. Its been two weeks!!! My follow up requests are ignore. This is a resort I warned them about.
