FNB Ignores POPI act

My last review from FNB was about their blatant breach of the POPI act. I was eventually contacted and my complaint was finally escalated to Nkona and then the complaints manager. I thought they were finally taking the breach seriously as I had made it all the way up to the complaints manager. I started getting regular feed back from Rofena Ncina. Now I have been ignored for two weeks. I have tried returning the call but it is an automated unmanned switch board. I have tried emails which are being ignored. Getting hold of an actual person to speak is impossible. I have now had to start from the beginning again as I will not be ignored. Seriously give FNB a wide berth
