FNB Ignores paying Customers.... I'm using this platform as a mechanism to enforce FNB to fulfill their Legal Duty.obligation because politely requesting them .

I have had a personal loan with the Banking Institution FNB which had been in arrears however i made a payment arrangement s with a FNB associated Legal Firm Barret and Associates to make monthly payments.

I have managed to pay up the full amount owed ro FNB for the personal loan during mid March 2024. I have allowed them more than 14 working days to have a "Paid Up" letter in respect of the full settlement of the loan. I have contacted both Barret and Associates and FNB on several occasions requesting the Paid up Letter and have the ITC status updated but with no success.

FNB have referred me to various Departments withing their institution and finally referred me on three occasions to their Legal Department for assistance.

I have been placed on hold on all 3 occasions whilst waiting for their Legal Department to answer but after waiting 45 minutes per call and ran out of airtime.

I even went to the Bank itself and they also told me to call their Legal Department from their line.. again I was put in bhole for over 20 ro 30 minutes. Then when they finally answer they require authentication and I gave them my ID and had the bank employee verify it was me.... they still put melon hold.

I'm highly frustrated with the Banking Institution FNB service. FNB hounds you for payments which I did... then I make full settlement and now require my status to be updated on ITC and require a paid up letter ... they keep referring me to Departments with no success. So when a commitment is made by a customer and not only fulfill but pay up in full bsettlement. They ignore the customer. Is this how the so called reputable Banking treat their customers.

I need my ITC status updated and a paid up letter so that I'm able to live again... times are hard for eveyone aren't able to Meet commitments... and even if you do there is no Acknowledgement thereafter you completely ignored.
