FNB ignores clients and communication

I sent mails. I called (and was disconnected every time once I could get through). I chatted on the app. I went into the bank and the lady at the desk assisted me to CALL. I was disconnected. Again and again. All of the above MANY times. Still no CONTACT and no-one to TALK to. In the meantime, FNB adds interest to my account.

Again, I can not answer calls. PLEASE ONLY contact me via email.
