FNB Ignore clients

I have phoned FNB Gold and been passed from one department to another, my first few FNB staff where great! However the last just decided that its best to ignore me. Some may think its the line that was dropped but this was no the case. Terrible customer service FNB! Especially when it looks so far that you messed up a payment and never let me know!
