FNB ignorance.
I am simply being ignored with queries. Absolutely pathetic. FNB will treat you well when you get an account but as you go forward with them they just get worse and ignore you completely eventually it seems.

20 Jul 2021, 08:09Only after I complain is when I get a response. They responded and said that there wasnt any problems but this month the exact same thing happened. You give pathetic service FNB. Truly pathetic. This is for a business client aswell.
