Fnb...if our staff know you then they will help you...

I visited the fnb branch in chatsworth on the 16/09/2016 I waited outside for 10 mins for the branch to open and there was a long que.Once the branch opened a lady by the name of Shivani was asking customers what they wanted to do and directed them I was asked and I told her I want a 6 months bank statement on my home loan account.I was directed to a long line and I heard her talking to a person behind me asking him how was his family and he must visit her at home...I stood at the que and the guy a shivani spoke to was behind me,shivani then came and took this guy out the line and printed statements for him and he was done in 10 mins I had to wait 45 mins in the que eventhough i was in front of this guy .Other customers were also upset and after I was done I asked for the branch manager and was informed she was on course,I was reffered to Siya who was in charge and reported this to him.He called Shivani and at first she denied knowing the person and after I asked her how can she work at fnb if she is dishonest she then admitted it...she was rude and I think fnb staff lack ethics as if you know someone you help them and we who don't know anyone have to wait in a long que...this is totally wrong!
