FNB & Ideal Prepaid
Ideal Prepaid owes Elizabeth funds amounting to R2000, they claim they transferred it to my FNB account. FNB says that my account was dormant so they sent it back to ideal prepaid. No one wants to take responsibility and pay the money.

06 Oct 2021, 17:39That is the issue at hand, Ideal says FNB never returned the funds. FNB says they transferred while ideal Prepaid says they never received anything. Proof from FNB is needed.
