FNB ID smart card Portside Branch non existent??

This review is for the non existent services of ID smartcard appointments for FNB clients at the FNB portside branch in Green Point. Note that this is the only branch offering this service. I have called your call centre on numerous occassions even searched numbers for the branch, but nothing, one would swear that the branch does not exist. i need to make a booking to have the smart card done, as the rest of the online E Home affairs has been completed.

Why is it so difficult to get assistance in this regard, no dates pop up to allow you to select an appointment? frustrating to say the least. the only branch in the western cape and the only one without proper channels to contact to get online assistance! agitated and frustrated is an understatement.
