FNB I wished you cared for my mental health too

On 13 June I reported *****ulent transactions on my credit card to the value of R7k and reported that I only used my card to pay for SAPO package that I was expecting from the Ukraine. Sizwe Nkosi advised that for 2 weeks people were reporting the same thing and my details online are compromised thus he cancelled all my cards and online credentials and asked that I go to the nearest branch so as to grant me access to banking. I was issued a case number too. Fast forward to 25 June 2024 I saw the same transaction and reported on secure chat but to this moment there's no update on what's happening. I've been with FNB for ages and at times I feel I'm treated like a legitimate child without reason. I have been on anxiety meds due to this and my bank is nonchalant. I guess I am not as important as I thought. Leaving you is on the cards due to this effect.
