FNB - I will never refer anyone to you again.
FNB, Your non-existent customer service is absolutely disgusting. I would hate to know how you treat your normal clients, seeing as you treat your "Premier" clients like dirt. I have a case logged, and keep getting promises that it will be escalated and that someone will call me back. I raised an issue that has been going on for longer than a month now, and by the looks of it, it will take even longer just to get feedback. Its a wonder you still have clients.

Well done, your email should say that the relevant department will not provide feedback. Pathetic. By the way, I'm discussing moving bank with both absa and capitec. You cannot treat your clients this poorly.
