Fnb i want to bury my mom this coming Saturday please pay back my money this is emergency

I went to fnb atm today to deposit money to my account but the machine just stopped and show the message that says my deposit is declined and i waited hoping the machine will give me my money back and after it says take your card after i took my card the receipt came out written YOUR CASH DEPOSIT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL THANK YOU FOR USING FNB ATM.WE CANNOT COMPLETE YOUR TRANSACTION. Then ask the security officer and advise me to go inside the bank and explain to another lady if they can give me my money back she said no they have to logde a dispute which she did but my worry now is thar money is needed for funeral as we have funeral at home my mom passed on and we have to bury her this Saturday kindly Fnb takes this as a Matter of urgency.
