FNB, I want my R40 000.00 I don't want stories

FNB, I want my money back.

FNB incorrectly removed my home loan from debt review in July 2024 using a 2018 clearance certificate, even though my home loan was only granted in 2022 and I was still under debt review.

FNB has since reinstated my debt-review status and corrected the interest rate, but I have still not received the approximately R40,000 that I lost as a result of this error.

I have been following up since January 2026 and keep being sent from one department to another. Fnb DRC complains department you also failed me. You know that reason we are here is because someone didn't do their job properly by not verifying the documents before transferring and processing them.

I don't want excuses or another referral. I want my approximately R40,000 refunded.

FNB, I still want my money back!
I have been trying to resolve a home-loan issue with FNB since January 2026. My home loan was incorrectly removed from debt review, and FNB later reinstated my debt-review status and corrected the interest rate.
My concern is the money I lost during the period this error occurred.
FNB is now saying that there was no approximately R40,000 available to refund because prepaid funds were gradually used to cover instalment shortfalls. This is not the explanation I was given previously, and I am now being referred between departments again.
I am simply asking FNB to provide a full, transparent reconciliation showing exactly where my money went and refund whatever amount was lost as a result of their error.
I have been following up for months. I don't want another explanation or to be sent from department to department.
I want my money back.
