In the month of March I've opened an Easy Zero account and smart savings account. FNB asked me to send my ID Book and Iproof of residence, I don't have proof of residence because I stay in Lawley it's a squatter area don't have addresses but I did it upload my ID Book on the FNB App and via email. I have over R6000 in my Easy Zero account and FNB has blocked my account. My name is Sbonelo Zungu and my contact number is ***. I need ****en answers FNB as to why you ****en blocked my account when I provided all that you need.
