Fnb I trusted you

I send ewallet to the wrong number, and I tried to reverse it in less than 5 minutes but the erra msg said the are insufficient fund. I keep on trying for so many times I get the same message, until I called the call centre and I was told that the money has been taken already and the is nothing they can do on their side.i asked why I couldn't reverse the money coz I ddnt even take time to realise my mistake, the lady told me that mayb it went to the ewallet that is not revesable. I ddnt know the is a revesable and non revesable. Wow fnb what a service, to think that I've been using fnb since I was a student until today I was happy, but not anymore. So I lost my money just like that.
