FNB I need someone to assist me asap!!!!

I am so annoyed with FNB contact center (secure chat) I was trying to get help as I need an urgent reversal done, but they of no help. I send through a few complaints but still I have not been contacted.

The reversal is over a R1000 so it cannot be done via the app which I keep on saying...

They keep on saying the same thing and I am tired of this ****py service, I need Accounts to please do the Reversal Urgently please!!!!

This is not the 1st time, the service provider has been informed but I need my bank to assist me since I am banking with FNB for years.

I am really not happy!!!!
