FNB I NEED MY MONEY BACK
What a disappointment u are FNB. I logged a query on the 25th , & emailed you proof of my conversation with Uber , instead you cancelled my card & was told an agent will call me in 24-48hrs , & it will take 7-10 working days for an investigation to be completed . I wonder what was there to investigate when I gave u all the prove u needed . To date no one has called me , I don’t have a card , my query is still not resolved. PLS GIVE BCK MY MONEY ! BANKING WITH U IS NOT SAFE ANYMORE. U ARE IN CAHOOTS WITH ********

I just want my money stop telling me about the relevant department, when it has failed to give me feedback as per your prescribed time. I gave them proof of emails what is there to investigate, I am told I will be called in 24-48hrs , why when this is long overdue. Clearly banking with u is not safe, you cannot even resolve a simple thing . Stop passing the buck & refund me my money back , give a card if your failing pls close my account then .

After so many days of your so called investigation, you still did not resolve the query .
I emailed you proof of my communication with Uber but that didn’t help. I wonder what investigations were you doing when all the proof was presented to you.
My was account was debited on the following dates :03 May, 25 May, 31 May, 25 Jun, 05 July , 28 July 1 August , for the same amount R29.90 & yet I only receive 1 credit /reversal . That tells me that no investigation was done as the person dealing with the query did not check the dates mentioned , the pattern in which Uber was consistently de*****ing my account with a small amount .
It is not rocket science to see that this is ***** ,please credit all my money & send me a card & Stop playing games .
