FNB - I have had enough!
I am definitely changing banks when this is over, I honestly cannot fight with incompetence anymore. I wrote about FNB in the last two months, most probably 5 times, which says that much about this People's Bank.
I paid off my personal loan after requesting a settlement quote and this morning, as true as the sky is blue, they took off another installment. So the money you took, is money that I got from my father passing away a month ago, CAN I PLEASE HAVE IT BACK? I paid you and I don't owe you a cent, I want to eventually close my account and say GOODBYE, please just reply to my E-mails, because calling you is a complete waste of my time and refund me my money back ASAP.

03 Nov 2020, 06:58Three days later and I still haven't even had someone contacting me. I requested a settlement letter and I paid my personal loan OFF and it still isn't reflecting either. The next thing I need is to have another amount being deducted because FNB's admin is still messed up. I am literally too scared to remove the money from my savings pocket into my actual account, is this how you want your clients to feel????? I guess under normal circumstances I would wait patiently like in the past, but I have had so many things go wrong with this past while when I needed the Life Cover and also deduction of money when I had someone paying something for me into my account and I had nothing left.
I need someone to let me know that my loan is settled and I am rid of it and also that the amount that was deducted (R4188.96), the day that I settled my loan gets paid back to me ASAP. THIS IS MY MONEY AND I DO NOT OWE YOU ANYTHING.
Please just have the decency as the self claimed People's Bank.
