FNB -I am really ****ed off

Hi I am so unhappy and disappointed with the service I have recieved from FNB . I am banking with FNB for the last 6/7 years and have many products with them. I have never ever missed payments ever with them or any other account I may have. I have a *****lent judgement against with name and I have been trying to fights this for years to no avail. I have spoken to Compuscan who advised in December 2020 this will be off my profile. This *****lent account was for the JDG group and they staff member at the time performed this account against my name but they refused to take responsibilty or give me a letter stating that is not my account. Anyways FNB recently have offered me 4 temp loans and I paid them in a matter of 2 days . I have taken those loans just to build a relationship . I am in need of a personal loan and even though I have been banking iwth them and have also have business bank and may other products I have been declined due to the judgement. I am totally aware they go with what the system say but at the same token WHY am i not accessed on my credit history and business I give them. I have emailed teh CEO and have not yet recieved ayny response. I received a call now from Natalie Stuart who have stated they have declined my loan again due to the same thing Judgement. I am so furious really .I am with teh wrong bank and diffently not a valued customer. Guys please advise what can i do as I am in urgent need of the funds
