FNB I am not a ******** stop treating people as such

FNB blocked my transaction. Because they say there were suspicious transactions while I usually get debited from Payflex on the first. My profile was blocked. That was on the 1st of April and I told them I was travelling on the second they didn’t want to help me unless I go to the bank personally. So on the second of April even though I had to do my last check in at 10:55. I had to be at the bank at OR Tambo between 8 and 10:30 to get the profile sorted and they told me I could now asked the secure chat people to activate my international transaction on the card gave them my travel details and days and country. Since then I got the uber and Uber eats working fine. Until last night I was trying to get a Uber home my card got declined again. I don’t know what is wrong with this bank treating us as ********s (especially as a foreigner you are just flagged) while we pay for the highest fees here. And no other bank has such funny things
