I raise a query because of ***** on my account. Your ***** departmwnt inveatigates it fixes it, then classify me as participating in bank *****, making it impossible to open another account. When *****line is accessed and the phone calls and results are checked, I'm suddenly innocent, and you would love to do business with me again. Well. Never again.
