FNB hurting rather than helping consumers

I wish to express my utter disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service received from FNB, who have been my bankers for more than 15 years. <br> <br> I am paying a huge amount of bank fees and interest every month for my private client accounts. I sent through a query to my \private banjer"via my online banking system on 17/09/2015 & I have not had a response to date although I received an automated response immediately after my mail"
