FNB - Humiliating

If I could give negative stars - I would. I have been a FNB client for many years now but clearly you folks have no courtesy what-so-ever. I took out a student loan for my daughter, you requested the proof of registeration to be sent through, I did that.

An email dated the 13th Apr was sent to your Student Loan dept. with the required proof, and a response was sent too. I now received an email from debt collectors for the capital? Why haven't you topped the loan when I requested you do so? Your student loan agreement states that the loan is in place until the student has completed his/her studies and furnishes proof of study (which we have done). The onus is on your part to ensure that the agreement is in place until the student finishes their studies. Also, you are in a rush to approve a personal loan for me but not continue a student loan???

I am extremely disappointed with your service and to be honest, this is beyond pathetic from your part. I will be looking at another banking institution, I have given your institution way too many chances.
