FNB HR do not keep me up to date.

I app**** for funds that has been paid into a deferred compensation scheme at Sanlam. This scheme through FNB insurance was discontinued. On the 5 September the amount of R35 597.39 was received from Sanlam

and was credited to the FNB HR account.Apparently they must deduct a tax amount.

My frustration is : today is the 11 October.

1. Do I get interest or an extra amount for the period lost?

2. This was like an annuity policy. How come must there be tax since I am a pensioner?

3. Why no correspondance? The insurance side has done an excellent job.
