Fnb HR did in two occasions refuse to communicate with me and block me

I tried for 8 month to totally block Isabella Garcia International from using debicheck to deduct different amounts form my bank account. The HR (making use of the email address on their website) just block me and refuse to communicate with me and the ***** Dept told me that the only deals with ***** and don't see the different amounts deduction as ***** unit I did send them the ombudsman rules and regulations regarding the bank duties and that I will report them.
