FNB hp attorneys what a team

FNB handed me over to HP attorneys, who does not want to give me a discount as instructed by FNB. Also I have made a payment to HP attorneys account as per the instructions. Do they not check the statement to see it was paid. For the record I have contacted HP attorney's to query about the account as well as the payment arrangements. They do not keep to their word when I asked for documentation about the account and and the balance I have to ask 2people before I got half the information
