Fnb Howick grrr

Our business account was put on hold without us being informed. (FICA...) We have been to the bank several times with various documents, I'd s and proof of residence. Today we waited over 35 min at the howick branch without being served despite banking people hanging around Only 2 people were dealing with queries. We had to leave because of other appointments.
