FNB How we can help not get a Booking

We have been trying daily for the last three weeks to get an appointment at FNB for my two 5 year old and 2 year old grandchildren. The system just returns a response no slots available. We intend going way at in November, but I cannot understand why slots are not available, lastnight we want at just after midnight and the slots for teh day are not avalable. Its strange that a family member after one attemp got a booking at ABSA. Either someone at FNB is manipulating the system or there is a problem
